Our Origin

Security Connection is a privately owned business servicing the greater Ottawa region. Our company was created by Christopher MacDonald, originally operating solely as a contract installation & service company. Security Connection worked with more than 20 different security companies for over a decade. This experience has played a major role in developing our firm as your most well rounded choice of security services provider. Mr. MacDonald believes that the best sales staff in any trade or industry has a strong technical understanding of the products they are selling. We go a step further by hiring and training sales representatives who have prior installation or service experience within our industry.

Truly Full Warranty Coverage

Security Connection will provide full repair and/or replacement of any defective equipment or components included in your new or existing alarm system while it is monitored by our company. The Full Warranty covers all labor, hardware & devices, including batteries, which are required to properly repair the security system. Our warranty does not include repair of damage to the system resulting from user neglect or abuse of the system components or damage caused by acts of natural disaster such as lightening strike, power surge & flooding.
