Chris MacDonald, Owner

Security Connection was founded in (YEAR) by owner Chris MacDonald, who has close to 20 years of experience in security system management, design and installation. His industry education includes a diploma in Security and Alarm Systems combined with training in Electronics Theory and Electronics Assembly and many years of experience earning the trust of customers throughout the Ottawa-Gatineau area.

Derek Hebert, Lead Systems Installation and Service Technician

Derek has more than 17 years of experience in the industry, specializing in installing and servicing alarm and video surveillance systems. He is also experienced in the installation of structural cabling and low voltage systems.

Michael Porteous, Security Systems Service Technician

Michael has more than 8 years of experience in the design, installation and service of security systems and as a technician for low voltage systems. He is also experienced in customer service.

Adam Marinoff, Installation and Service Technician

Adam is a trained alarm systems installation technician and is experienced in the design, installation and servicing of security systems.

Thelma Riley, Financial Administrator

For more than 5 years, Thelma has been managing Security Connection’s administrative and financial functions. She has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, financial management, insurance and investments, staffing, and general office administration.
